Salary Range: $31K draw/no cap on commission

Hours/Week: 40hrs

Shift/Hours/Day: 8am-4p, Mon-Fri

Full Time: 40hrs/week.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:A professional who is highly motivated in serving the community during a property owners greatest time of need. The successful individual will be promoting the brand and deriving business relationships. They will be tasked to be creative in their marketing efforts and will be challenged to break free of the standard, tired and liner marketing strategies of our competitors.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: Provide leadership and direction, in order to deliver maximum sales growth.

Grow sales through new accounts and opportunities.

Maintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve/exceed quotas to ensure revenue objectives.

Lead the execution of the Paul Davis’s sales expansion strategy.

Plan and execute unconventional marketing strategies.

Change the landscape of our current marketing approach.

Time will be spent out of the office building and fostering relationships.
