Desired Skills and Experience:
1-3 years in construction/management field experience is helpful
Previous estimating experience in the construction industry is helpful
Experience with Xactimate estimating software and IICRC certification helpful, not required
Preference is given to those with a passion to “Restore Lives”
Degree in construction management or similar construction experience is helpful
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, etc.
Survey damage with property including evaluating and documenting damage within the property
Cleaning process of both contents and structural damage
Clear and professional communication with the customer and the management team
Successfully complete required training courses as directed
Assist in Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning)
Performs basic truck, equipment and building maintenance
Able to lift at least 75 pounds
Enforce and promote the company culture and safety environments
Participate in On-Call rotation
Position Requirements
High School graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED)
Valid Driver’s License
Prompt with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills
Technically adept with smart phone and tablet technology
Ability to operate within hazardous environments with care and safety
Must pass review of background and DMV review
Technical Opportunities/Certifications:
Compensation may be influenced by possessing IICRC trade certifications, which in turn may be offered training opportunities to receive such certifications as:
Water Restoration Technician
ASD (Advance Structural Drying)
Fire & Smoke Technician
Applied Microbial Remediation
