Position Summary
This Quality Assurance Estimator will serve as a member of the Quality Assurance team. The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Estimator is to complete estimates and invoices as part of the FAST Program. The Quality Assurance Estimator will complete estimates on behalf of the franchises, with goals set around accuracy and time.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Administration work for Quality Assurance Department.
Completes invoices accurately and timely within Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating platforms for work completed
Creates preliminary estimates, in accordance with estimating guidelines, industry standards, and best practices
Provides support for technical inquiries from the network
Assists with ongoing training of the network in processes related to estimating
Completes presentations and calls related to the FAST Program
Collect, record, and share data related to various metrics of the FAST Program
Communicates effectively with franchisees and insurance carrier partners
Administration work for Quality Assurance Department.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)

Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems and estimating platforms
Ability to create documents and invoices
Ability to review and write estimates for mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and structure.
Ability to answer and communicate with PDRI, Independent franchises and PDO offices via phone and email
Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)
Ability to work independently
Ability to coordinate estimates within the same time frame
Ability to successfully complete WTR, ASD, MOLD, and other required certifications.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
1-year experience in the restoration industry or related field or claims experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.
5 plus years’ experience in claims or related field
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
