    Position Summary

    In our business, training of local marketing professionals is critical to the continued success of the Network. The Sales & Marketing Coach focuses on high impact and high urgency sales and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales at the franchise level through the education, communication and collaboration with local marketing, sales, and business development team members.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    Educates, Communicates & collaborates with the Franchise Owners and local sales and marketing team members on their leads and sales strategy.

    Supports Franchise Owners to Recruit, Onboard, Train, Operate and Retain local sales and marketing team members

    Generates and drives leads through goal setting with local franchisees

    Collaborates with Franchise Owners & the PDRI Operations team to create a customized Sales & Marketing strategies incorporating market share and local business data.

    Understands and utilizes franchisee data to determine current state and future state for growth goals

    Presents at district meetings, training courses and webinars, roundtables, and conference sessions

    Assists with all assigned duties at the annual Paul Davis Conference

    Ensures franchisees use the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with the Brand Standards

    Builds meaningful relationships across the franchise network

    Promotes and shares best practices of marketing and sales software, collateral, email campaigns and advertising to all franchisees

    Works closely with other Sales & Marketing Coaches to provide a consistent experience across the network

    Supports operations, business development and any other franchisor teams as needed

    Completes leadership development and personal development training courses

    Weekly Goal Setting & Review sessions with team leader

    Monthly Touchpoints with Chief Marketing Officer

    Contributes to weekly and monthly team sync calls

    All other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience

    5+ years marketing and/or business development experience

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field a plus

    Background in restoration, franchising, and/or insurance a plus

    Physical Requirement

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    The person in this position needs to frequently move about a classroom or training location

    The person must be able to stand for up to eight hours within a 24-hour period

    Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity operations

    Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents

    Must be able to communicate and converse with employees virtually and face to face

    Ability to safely operate a vehicle

    Work Environment

    The employee will be working remote over 50% of the time. A quiet environment with working internet is a must for virtual meetings. The employee will be required to travel 30-40% and be exposed to air travel, ground travel, and varying outdoor temperatures.

    Travel

    This position requires travel on average of 1-2 times per month, 2-3 days per trip, averaging 30-40% travel. Approximately eight (8) mandatory meetings per year: All Team, Conference, Marketing Strategic Team off-site, Fall District Meetings (2), and Sales & Marketing Coach off-site meeting and attend national tradeshows where needed.
