Position Summary
This Quality Assurance Analyst will serve as a member of the Quality Assurance team. The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to complete estimate and documentation reviews on water and mold assignments. This role will be completing reviews on behalf of the franchisees.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Complete reviews for estimates from water mitigation and mold assignments
Complete work within our main operating systems; Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating platforms
Provide support for technical inquiries from the network
Assist with ongoing training of the network and other team members in the department with processes related to estimating
Liaison with franchisees and insurance carrier partners
Contact franchisees and insurance carrier partners regarding estimates from water mitigation and mold assignments
Assist with reviews on lead and asbestos abatement, content cleaning, contact packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction
Assist franchisees with technical knowledge of software for completing estimates
Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
Knowledge of estimating platforms; Xactware Products, Symbility, and other estimating software
Knowledge of estimating principles for the insurance industry

Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems and estimating platforms
Ability to create estimate and documentation reviews in a timely manner
Ability to review water mitigation and mold estimates
Ability to successfully pass WTR, ASD, Mold and required industry certifications
Ability to answer and communicate with PDRI, Independent franchises and PDO offices via phone and email
Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)
Ability to work in our main operating systems
Ability to work independently
Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
1 plus years’ experience with estimation principles for the insurance industry
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
