Description
The Graphic Designer will create engaging media by collaborating with the marketing team and other team members at Paul Davis, both on the Franchisor and Franchisee level.
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Must communicate well and provide guidance to internal customers and vendors
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Adhere to creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Ordering print collateral and specialty items
Managing online assets
Update email templates
Create social media images
Create and conceptualize new ideas for events and campaigns
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Education and Experience
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum of two years in field experience
Strong portfolio of design work
Wide range of design knowledge (Print collateral, Web images and emails, Branding, Signage and Video)
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Priority management and organizational skills
Keen eye for detail and consistency
Communication skills and a team player
Preferred
Software: Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects
Social media image creation and campaigns
Copywriting and communication skills
