    Position Summary

    This eLearning Specialist will be responsible for assisting our franchisees with eLearning and instructor led training through our eLearning systems. This position will be responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to create exceptional learning experiences to address learning needs. This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL with the ability to be a hybrid work environment.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    Maintain the Learning Management System software, Docebo

    Complete layout, formatting, and configuration of our LMS software with the direction of the Director of eLearning

    Create credentials for new users in our LMS

    Terminate and reset password credentials for users in our LMS

    Provide technical support via email and phone to franchisees and internal employees regarding the LMS software

    Complete administrative tasks for the Director or eLearning and training team members

    Complete documents and prep work for training team members in preparation for Instructor Led Training classes

    All other duties as assigned

    Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, Share Point)

    Knowledge of E-learning Authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline

    Ability to assist team members with Microsoft Office questions and issues

    Strong desire to be a part of a collaborative, team-centered environment

    Knowledge of LMS software

    Excellent Communication skills (via phone and in person)

    Administration skills

    Technology skills

    Priority Management skills

    Problem Solving skills

    Ability to learn, operate, format, layout, and configure our main LMS software

    Ability to create documents and reports

    Ability to communicate with PDRI, Independent franchises and PDO offices via phone and email to provide learning related information and resolve technical issues with the LMS and registration system

    Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)

    Ability to work independently

    Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check

    Ability to follow and represent our company’s Vision, Mission Values, and 10 Serving Basics

    Required Education and Experience

    High School Diploma or GED

    2 years’ experience in systems administration (LMS systems)

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Experience working and configuring Docebo Learning Management Systems

    Experience and/or knowledge of Articulate Storyline, HTML 5, csv files

    Experience working in WordPress

    Travel

    This position may require up to 10% travel. This position may require travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings.

    Work Environment

    The employee will be working indoors. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employees will be exposed to normal noises throughout the office.
