    This position is instrumental to the success of our franchises and, in turn, the success of our corporation. The California Regional Business Coach is responsible for the growth, quality, and profitability of their franchises through strategic planning, business consulting, coaching, and dissemination of best practices. The applicant must reside in California.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Primary point of contact between franchisee and franchisor

    Perform operational business assessment and sales audits

    Assist (when needed) with field training for re-sales or new sales

    Facilitate training sessions at Paul Davis National Training Center

    Provide field training for Re-sales and New franchises

    Determine operational effectiveness and compliance during site visits

    Provide operational and sales support to Franchisees

    Act as coach, business advisor and consultant assisting franchisees with their needs

    Assistance in the implementation, and operation of national insurance company programs

    Position requires travel

    WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS

    Must be skilled in leadership, problem solving, coaching, and conflict resolution

    Must be conceptual, analytical, organized, and detail oriented

    Must have a well-developed understanding of marketing and sales process

    Must have a professional presentation as well as excellent writing and verbal communication skills

    Must be optimistic, enthusiastic, persuasive, and service oriented

    Must be organized and self-sufficient

    Must be highly proficient with technology

    Industry or claims handling experience a plus

    Certified in IICRC Fire & Water Mitigation, ASD Procedures, and Mold Remediation preferred.

    Undergraduate degree, graduate work or degree preferred

    Physical Requirement

    Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time

    The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside offices to review franchisees business setup/model

    Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.

    Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents

    Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face to face

    Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

    Work Environment

    The employee will be working remote with the confines of their own home. The employee will be required to travel to local offices within their region and be exposed to outdoor temperatures during travel.

    Travel

    This position may require up to 50% travel. This position requires travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings.
