Position Summary
This Quality Assurance Re-inspector will serve as a member of the Quality Assurance team. The primary responsibility of the QA Re-inspector is to ensure consistent quality of estimating, physical work and customer service provided by franchisees. This role will inspect job sites to ensure compliance to industry standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Complete physical onsite re-inspections to ensure accuracy to guidelines and customer service.
Assist team during claim spikes to help with coordination of claims, reviews of mitigation, contents, and reconstruction estimates, and estimating through the FAST Program
Write estimates via FAST Program on behalf of franchisees
Complete reviews for estimates from water mitigation and mold assignments
Creation of estimate and documentation reviews, in compliance with carrier guidelines and IICRC standards
Complete compliance reviews for KPI’s based on carrier guidelines
Provide trend analysis of internal performance to supervisor and participates in problem solving sessions to address gaps
Create and complete action plans for improvement of franchise locations
Complete Evaluations of ASD principles used in field by franchisees
Provide accurate and complete documentation of file reviews
Provide inspection reports and trending analysis to insurance companies
Provide phone support and email support to franchisees on QA matters and FAST matters
Assists in onboarding and training new QA team members
Performance management and coaching of team members
Communicates effectively with supervisors, franchisees and insurance carrier partners
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
5 plus years’ experience with estimation principles for the insurance industry or industry related field
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years work experience in claims or related field
Restoration industry experience
Travel
This position may require up to 60% travel. This position may require travel to franchise locations, trainings, customer’s home, and team meetings.
