Insurance companies send us assignments to meet with property owners that have experienced damage to their homes.

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Make appointment to inspect damaged property. Visit property and take 12 photos per room. Return to office to write a comprehensive estimate to bring the property back to pre-loss condition. Send estimate to our clients along with an invoice.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity.

Endorse our Vision Statement, "To provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need".

Receive loss assignment, and Contact property owner/representative within 48 hours.

Prepare an accurate scope.

Hand out literature about company

Prepare estimate in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of the inspection or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers).

Deliver necessary paperwork and maintain relationship with insurer.

Deliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure contract.

Deliver necessary paperwork to administrative department.

Work with accounting to collect past due payment for completed jobs as needed
