Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager you will report to the President and will be responsible for assisting in, developing and executing creative, marketing and social media strategies required to sustain the Paul Davis brand including its Mitigation, Restoration and Decontamination Divisions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Digital
Assist in concept and content development, for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn as well as other relevant social media and e-commerce venues
Keep PDR Broward website current and coordinate the uploading of new before and after photos, new testimonials, updating team members, updating CE classes, etc.
Maintain Salesforce CRM daily
Business Development Manager
Work closely with President in the planning, development and execution of marketing and promotions strategies, budgets and timelines
Assist in creating timelines and managing day-to-day coordination of timelines, ensuring we stay on track with deliverables
Manage and track opportunities from outside vendors
Initiate quick relationships with prospective property managers, customers and vendors
Establish rapport with members of the local market
Present promotional packages with professionalism and high energy
Attend Property Management industry activities
Establish a target market of new property managers
