Title: Business Development Associate
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40 hours
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary (depending on experience)+ Commission
Reports to: General Manager
Territory: Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, North Fulton & Gwinnett Counties
Summary:
- To increase awareness of the Paul Davis Brand
- To champion and promote the services of Paul Davis
- To be rainmaker through building productive industry relationships
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
- Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
- Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload CRM contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track
sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing
Manager
- Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/follow-up accordingly
- Attend business networking functions to promote the business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
- Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
- Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
- Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

Qualifications:
- Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree preferred
- Two or more years sales and marketing experience preferred
- Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
