The restoration industry attracts hard working people who have a strong desire to help people and businesses with urgency and compassion. Paul Davis is the largest restoration company in our space and we are looking for a few great employees. A restoration specialist is self-driven and competitive. They are driven daily to provide the best possible solution and in the quickest manner. A restoration specialist manages not only the jobs assigned but also the other team members working on site along side. Their job is to train, motivate and coach all members of their team to look for opportunities to provide best in class service to all they service, including their co-workers. A restoration specialist will excel in all aspects of restoration drying science as well as being well versed in many third-party administrator guidelines. Meeting time frames and guidelines are a minimum requirement, aiming to excel is the goal. The restoration specialist should also be mechanically inclined as many different types of equipment and vehicles are used daily and being able to trouble shoot and ultimately fix any equipment issue is a great asset. With this position would come care and respect for all the pieces of equipment used daily as well as the vehicles and the proper care and cleaning of such items. This is a salaried position with incentives. A relocation stipend as well as sign on bonus are available. This position will require at minimum 40 -50 hours a week. Preferred for one of the work days to be a Saturday or a Sunday with the opportunity

to have some weekends off.

IICRC WRT and ASD strongly recommended. Knowledge of the restoration industry also preferred.

This is a hands on physical position where you would need the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day as well as do repetitive motions.

This is a position where the leader is working along side the team throughout the day.

Most workdays begin at 7:30 AM and end by 5 PM though emergency jobs will require some later night hours and weekends
