With more than 350 offices in our franchise network, the company serves residential, institutional, and commercial customers and clients across the U.S. and Canada. As a Content Cleaning Technician, you will work with a team of technicians to remediate fire and smoke, as well as construction debris from customers’ personal property. A Content Cleaning Technician works in both indoor and outdoor settings, but primarily indoors. Normal working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM. Full-time and part-time positions are available for this role.

This is an hourly position, with wages from $16 per hour based upon restoration, cleaning, and/or supervisory experience.

Requirements of a Content Cleaning Technician candidate:

· Will acceptably pass an annual criminal background check

· Has strong attention to detail

· Enjoys cleaning and working with a team

· Carefully packs and protects household goods

· Self-motivated to complete routine tasks efficiently

· Has a high level of compassion and care for others and a positive can-do spirit
