As a Mold Technician, you will work with a team to remediate mold from structures and personal property. A Mold Technician at times works in confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces without the ability to stand or sit. A Mold Technician will be trained in proper PPE procedures and is expected to follow them daily to protect themselves. Normal working hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.

This is an hourly position, with wages from $16 - $18 per hour based upon restoration, cleaning, and/or supervisory experience.

Requirements of a Mold Technician candidate:

· Will acceptably pass an annual criminal background check

· Has a valid driver’s license

· Has strong attention to detail

· Enjoys cleaning and working with a team

· Has experience in construction such as drywall, painting, or trim carpentry

· Self-motivated to complete routine tasks efficiently

· Has a high level of compassion and care for others and a positive can-do spirit
