Job Supervisor

Since 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage, mitigation, content restoration, and construction. With more than 350 offices in our franchise network, the company serves residential, institutional, and commercial customers and clients across the U.S. and Canada. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing a relationship with our customers and our clients. You will ensure the project is scoped, written and managed with Best-in-Class results and customer service. You will work with the insurance carriers, as well as the property owners, to create an agreed upon scope of repairs. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time out in the field.

This is a salaried position with a monthly and/or quarterly bonus plan. The salary range is $50,000 to $70,000.

Requirements of a Job Supervisor candidate:

· Will acceptably pass an annual criminal background check

· Has a valid driver’s license

· Has 2 or more years of experience in construction project management

· Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

· Has the ability to source and manage subcontractors

· Has the ability to manage budgets

· Has a professional history of sound planning and organizational skills
