The mitigation division is seeking positive, hard-working individuals who are capable of leading teams to restore fire damaged homes and contents. Applicants must be able to learn quickly and direct others to complete jobs in accordance with company procedures and industry guidelines. At least two years experience as a manger or supervisor is required. Job training and industry certifications are provided. In addition, applicants must possess strong communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5 with limited evening and weekend hours and on call duties month. Criminal background check is required as well as a valid driver's license free of OWI's and DWI's.
