Our estimators work with homeowners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As an Estimator you will be responsible for writing estimates for the restoration of an affected property and work with the insurance carrier and homeowner for the agreed repairs. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

Is Self-Motivated

Likes working with people

Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time

Thrives under high stress situations

Has excellent communication skills

Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Is willing to work hard

Experienced with Xactimate and Symbility platforms

Construction project management experience is preferred. Some sales experience is preferred.
