    Marketing Representative – Air Doctor Duct Cleaning and Lining

    This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional. It involves building long term relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling. Clients include real estate agents, heating and air conditioning companies, home inspectors

    The position also involves managing the company’s on-line presence: its website and social media such as Facebook and Instagram

    The purpose of this job is to help us build our business by building awareness of Air Doctor and its services to real estate agents, property managers, home inspectors, consumers and others who can use our services

    We’re looking for someone who is:

    ­ Outgoing and assertive

    ­ Has the ability to read people

    ­ Is enthusiastic and able to win over the cooperation and trust of others

    ­ Good at building long term relationships

    ­ Good at following up after making commitments

    Air Doctor cleans air ducts and lines air ducts that become rusty or moldy. Cleaning can reduce the amount of dust and allergens in the home, and reduce heating and cooling bills by improving energy efficiency. When air ducts become rusty or moldy, we can install a structural liner that replaces the damaged surfaces and discourages further mold growth. The cost is often 75% less than rerouting the air duct system and replacing the furnace

    Responsibilities

    ­ Become knowledgeable about our services, and the benefits to clients of referring us

    ­ Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits

    ­ Organize consistent business to business visits

    ­ Maintain list of contacts, create e-mail campaigns, customize and print marketing materials, track sales calls, leads, and referrals

    ­ Manage social media, post relevant content

    ­ Attend business networking functions

    ­ Coordinate and manage community and charitable events

    Qualifications

    ­ Three or more years' sales and marketing experience

    ­ Construction, home improvement, and real estate experience is ideal

    Compensation

    ­ Salary plus monthly bonus
