    Paul Davis Restoration is a general contractor specializing in the cleanup and repair of property damaged by fire, water, and storms.     The 3-D Camera Technician captures images and measurements of damaged properties. The images are uploaded to the cloud and used to to create, edit, and share a 3D rendering of the property that suffered the loss. Viewers such as insurance adjusters and our construction estimators can then explore the building structure and assess the damage without having to physically travel there.

    Duties:

    ­ Capture 3D images of properties that are damaged by fire, water, or storm

    ­ Accurately measure the longest wall in each room so the camera can create an accurate sketch. Occasionally you may need to sketch and measure areas that aren’t detected by the camera

    ­ Upload images into our job management software

    ­ Explain to the property owner the process: we create a repair estimate, obtain approval from the adjuster, schedule the work, etc.

    ­ When necessary, obtain customer approval to perform the work. This involves explaining the work authorization and having the customer sign it electronically

    Requirements:

    ­ Technology savvy

    ­ Strong written and verbal communications skills

    ­ Strong customer service skills and empathy for customers dealing with a difficult and unexpected situation in their home or business

    ­ Team player

    ­ Ability to prioritize and schedule your time efficiently

    ­ Ability to be on time for appointments

    ­ A “can do” attitude

    ­ Maintain a neat and professional appearance

    ­ 1+ years of photography or video gaming experience

    ­ Some lifting and ladder work

    ­ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    ­ Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
