    What does a Front Office Coordinator with Paul Davis do?

    Answer phones, monitor company email for new projects

    Create and maintain all legal job files, proficient in word and excel

    Facilitate and submit building permit applications

    Oversee customer letters, sign off forms, change orders, and selection forms

    Order office supplies

    Help with weekly subcontractor payroll and work closely with accounts receivable

    Place material orders for projects as necessary

    Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates

    Maintains and inputs information into construction software platform

    Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

    Front office desk-first face customers and visitors see when they enter our building
