Our team is looking for an additional project manager to help customers who have partially or completely lost their property to a fire.
Project Manager is responsible for producing projects once the estimate has been approved. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: taking care of the customer, managing subcontractors and managing the budgets for the projects. Project Manager develops work schedules and ensures that the schedule runs on time and on budget. Project Manager is one of the most important elements in making sure that the customer experience shines.

Responsibilities:
Once provided with job start paperwork from the Estimator, create the schedule, work orders, review photos, customer expectations form, and estimate.
Within 24 hours of receipt contact property owner to introduce yourself, discuss the schedule, selections needed and the deadlines for them.
Once the critical selections are received, inform the homeowner of the schedule and draw schedule/meeting checkpoints.
Be present on the day the project starts to introduce the trades, and get the project off on the right foot and on track. Take project start photographs and upload to RMS, complete an estimate accuracy assessment and mark control points.
Visit project site once per day, keep the trades on schedule, keep the homeowner informed on status per their preference on the customer expectations form and in the event of a change in schedule or issue found on the project site. Complete daily notes in RMS. Upload progress photos throughout the project
Ensure job sites remain organized and clean, providing a safe work area for all trades and/or subcontractors.
Assist trades as needed when on site by staying ahead of material needs, delivery or pick up.
Ensure draw schedule is followed and that payments are requested and received on time.
Manage payment requests approvals within 48 hours of receipt.
Upon project completion perform a final walkthrough with a customer; complete a formal punch list; take completion photos and upload them to RMS; collect any final paperwork and checks; inform Estimator of project completion by marking control points and completing compliance tasks
Do a weekly audit of receivables and projected closings.
Qualifications:
5 -10 years of construction project management experience
Excellent customer service and management skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent computer skills are a must
Able and willing to learn new technology in order to keep up with the needs of the business
Be able to work full-time, overtime and weekends, if necessary, to take care of our customers
Able to physically lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
