Our established disaster restoration company is looking for a proactive, confident self-starter to fill the position of Disaster Response Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate is assertive, outgoing and compassionate and likes to help others in their time of need.

You need to live within Fairfax County or be in close proximity in order to report to emergency calls within 1 hour.

Qualifications:

Must have a good moral compass and a desire to help people

Must be available for emergency calls 24/7 when on-call

Be an independent self-starter

Must be able to get leads and close sales

Excellent verbal communication skills and passion for customer service

Experience in disaster restoration industry is preferred

Contacts within insurance restoration and/or property management industry is highly desirable

Knowledge of Xactimate is a plus

Responsibilities:

Maintain existing and develop new business relationships and lead generation sources

Respond to emergencies to offer assistance and support to community members in need

Communicate with the affected homeowners to provide information about Paul Davis and how we can assist them in getting their lives back to normal

Communicate with our Estimators and work closely with them in order to secure repair and emergency service sales and provide our customers with a flawless restoration and recovery experience
