From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    Research, plan, execute & attend trade shows/conferences/seminars including developing flyers/handouts, ordering marketing materials & raffles to support sales team

    Support and manage relationships with vendors, venues, organizations and partners

    Research, organize, execute & attend all sponsorships, community events & organized gatherings & charitable events to support sales team

    Create & order Marketing material related to seasonal weather patterns & national awareness-ie; breast cancer awareness, Movember, Holiday gifts, Hurricane season, etc to support sales team

    Support staff to help drive Paul Davis brand awareness & make aware of all new marketing initiatives

    Work with Online Image on updating and managing company website including monthly meeting & progress reports relating to google & on line presence

    Relay above information back to management team

    Utilize Rallio & Canva to create personalized content for weekly social media posts to help drive Paul Davis brand awareness

    Monitor and alert team members of post content for maximum engagement/exposure

    Create & implement Hiring content for social media when directed by HR

    Look for photos and videos for contact posting (on site jobs & office)

    Monitor & Manage Commercial Vendor Credentialing Sites to ensure all PD credentials are compliant

    Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

    Qualifications:

    Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, with anticipated graduation date between December 2023-June 2024

    Have a college GPA of at least 3.0

    Be legally authorized to work in the United States

    Hours: Flexible, part-time, 20 hours per week.

    Hybrid - at least one day per week in Attleboro Office.

    Pay: $18.00-$20.00
