Description
As Assistant General Manager, this position covers all aspects of Paul Davis management including company culture, customer focus, business process, financial responsibility and reporting, and overall leadership skills.
Gains the skills and knowledge in each of the restoration service areas
Promotes brand standards in alignment with company vision
Build key relationships within the construction and restoration community to generate business leads
Learn the financial goals, responsibilities and reporting requirements
Drives profitability across all channels through analysis of sales and margin
Identifies, develops, and retains internal talent; recruits and builds relationships with external talent
Communicate the various service offerings to potential customers
Attend business related events within the community
Develop a business plan in partnership with Paul Davis leadership to achieve profitability goals
Engage in the Leadership Development Program
Education and Experience:
Required
Knowledge or experience in construction or restoration
A minimum of two years for management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction, or Engineering
Experience with industry software
One to three years of B2B sales experience in construction, restoration or related field
