Reconstruction Project Manager
What does a Reconstruction Project Manager with Paul Davis do?
Customer service interaction skills are a must. Candidate will be able to effectively build and develop relationships and a positive brand awareness through all interactions.
Work directly with customers to effectively manage the necessary repairs to their home and/or property.
Work with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters and other industry professionals on agreements on both scope and cost of projects owner on project statuses, subcontractor performance and supplements.
Will assist with the management and allocation of in-house staffing resources, as well as subcontractor resources, needed to complete the job in timely fashion.
Oversee job progress and proactively communicate with management on any potential problems or issues that may arise on projects.
Visit project site, keep the trades on schedule, keep the homeowner informed on status per their preference on the customer expectations form and in the event of a change in schedule or issue found on the project site. Complete daily notes in RMS. Upload progress photos throughout the project
Ensure job sites remain organized and clean, providing a safe work area for all trades and/or subcontractors.
Assist trades as needed when on site by staying ahead of material needs, delivery or pick up.
Ensure draw schedule is followed and that payments are requested and received on time.
Upon project completion perform a final walkthrough with a customer; complete a formal punch list; take completion photos and upload them to RMS; collect any final paperwork and checks; inform Estimator of project completion by marking control points and completing compliance tasks
Comple a weekly audit of receivables and projected closings

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Have excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Personable demeanor on the phone and in-person
Be willing to work additional hours, if needed, in order to serve our customers
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Have an unwavering dedication to customer service
Must have experience in the restoration or related industry.
A thorough knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred.
Must know Xactimate and Xactanalysis
Must have the ability to work with sub-contractors in order to obtain bids for jobs and submit needed work orders for necessary repairs.
