Marketing Representative II
Unique Opportunity for Restoration Industry Business Development "Rainmaker"!
BASIC FUNCTIONS: Promote company mission statement, vision and values in a professional and creative fashion and identification of potential clients to increase market share, sales and profitability, while also providing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Maintain, establish and grow relationships with insurance agents, brokers, adjusters
Develop contacts with realtors, commercial/residential property managers, construction industry tradesmen and other potential sources of restoration jobs
Coordinate meetings, lunches and presentations to educate employees on company/industry news
Administer Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) client software for assigned client groups
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, seminars, outings and other industry events
Develop and create collateral pieces for industry education and to promote services
Administer social media sites
Assist in supporting website
Assist with planning and hosting client events
Support charity efforts and other community service
Maintain active membership in industry associations
Support annual charity efforts and other community service
Provide support for commercial and emergency response marketing
Concept, shoot and produce custom videos
Serve as Project Manager for special campaigns and assignments
Assist with award submissions
Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
Compile and present detailed progress reports
Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related projects as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
EXPERIENCE: Mid to senior career, 5 years professional experience; experience with construction project management and/or property and casualty insurance is beneficial
COMPENSATION: a combination of base salary and Activity Based Pay.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Previous marketing and/or sales experience and mid to senior career achievements
Experience with construction and/or property and casualty insurance is beneficial
