    Sales Representatives work with a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to commercial and residential properties. As a Sales Rep, you will establish a referral network by effectively developing and nurturing relations that create and maintain a flow of new project leads.

    Base salary plus commission on projects completed from referrals generated. Current Sales Rep's yearly pay range from $90,000 to $125,000 depending on results. No limit to earning potential.

    Team Qualifications (Preferred):

    2 or more years of sales or marketing experience

    Strong knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to utilize company's customer relationship software (training available).

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to clients, customers, and peers.

    Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions

    Role on the Team (General Job Functions):

    Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration Values and Basics

    Schedule and make routine visits with clients.

    Represent the company at industry events and associations.

    Report on client interactions and next steps.

    Review and discuss sales performance with Sales and Marketing Manager.

    Work with peers to promote company brand via email, social media, and additional marketing tactics.

    Discuss and review sales and marketing plans with Sales and Marketing Manager.
