    · Manages the A/R and A/P functions - ensuring proper documentation, data entry and settlement

    · Diligently manages the administrative functions of human resources, including onboarding employees, benefits administration and building and maintaining systems to track employee training.

    We are seeking a resourceful Accounting and HR Administrator for our office in Denver. This position will be responsible for overseeing the A/R and A/P functions, answering phones and job intake, as well as HR administration. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-5 years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role and have a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse set of tasks on a daily basis.

    Specific responsibilities of the role, include, but are not limited to:

    · Process employee onboarding and benefits administration

    · Maintains complete vendor files

    · Ensures proper expense approvals, data entry to record receivables and payables

    · Takes initiative to collect unpaid accounts

    · Manage office organization, security, cleanliness and appearance

    Skills and Knowledge

    · Strong verbal and written communications

    · Ability to juggle multiple, diverse tasks throughout the day

    · Strong organizational and time management skills

    · Working knowledge of accounting concepts, entries and reports

    Qualifications

    · Prefer 1 - 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience

    · Responsible, self-starter who enjoys working independently and collectively toward company goals

    · Quickbooks desktop experience preferred

    · Bachelors degree preferred
