Essential Responsibilities / Tasks:

Manage projects and documents from start to finish including cost requests, change orders, draws, project schedule, project submissions, subcontracts, and owner contracts

Oversee Technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality, speed, and accuracy of duties

Completing mitigation and reconstruction repairs on time and on budget.

Maintain a high level of customer service and integrity

Job walks and inspections with adjusters, tradesman, and homeowners

Requirements:

You are driven, sharp, competitive and enjoy selling

Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.

Must be knowledgeable with computers and software programs.

Naturally inclined to serve and make people happy.

Clean driving and criminal background are required.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of project management experience

5 years of general construction experience

Bachelors degree or equal is preferred

3 years experience in the insurance industry and claims process
