Essential Responsibilities / Tasks:

Manage projects and documents from start to finish including: cost requests, change orders, draws, project schedule, project submissions, subcontracts and owner contracts

Estimating and selling new jobs/leads and updating systems with notes and daily updates.

Completing mitigation reconstruction repairs on time and on budget.

Social marketing and working with sales team to procure work.

Job walks and inspections with adjusters, tradesman and homeowners

Requirements:

You are driven, sharp, competitive and enjoy selling

Must be detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.

Must be knowledgeable with computers and software programs.

Naturally inclined to serve and make people happy.

Clean driving and criminal background are required.

Experience:

3 Years in estimating and/or project management

5 years of general construction experience

Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims is a plus.
