Restoration Estimator / Project Manager
Position Summary
Paul Davis Restoration of the Inland Empire is looking for a professional and driven addition to our construction team. The Restoration Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, scoping and creating estimates for construction project, and managing the life cycle of the project. The ideal candidate for this position has proven experience in a construction related field and have outside sales experience.
Requirements:Major Responsibilities:
Provide a detailed scope of loss and estimate on construction projects and property insurance losses
Negotiate and secure approval on the scope of the project with insurance adjuster(s) and property owner(s)
Oversee contracts, job files, estimates, orders, certificate of completion and other pertinent paperwork
Coordinate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
Create project budget and work with sub contractors to produce the job while hitting financial goals
Coordinate financials, including invoice draws and final payment
Hit or exceed annual production goals with good margins
Achieve top-rated customer service ratings
Manage up to 50 ongoing construction and insurance restoration projects at various stages of the project life-cycle
Market and grow relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiences
Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule.
Restoration Estimators work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams to complete. You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.

Required Qualifications:
Two (2) years experience in construction and sales
Experience with estimating software
Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience writing estimates in Xactimate
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance
Bachelor's degree
Industry certifications, including IICRC and EPA RRP Lead

Base + commission. Pay range from $50,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.

We require a drug and background and check. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
