The Sr.Emergency Recovery Coordinator for Paul Davis Restoration of Metro NY/NJ, leverage and utilize & your passion for helping others in their time of need. In this role, you will coordinate and give oversight to any and all aspects of Emergency Services in the immediate aftermath after homeowners and/or businesses experience following Fire or catastrophic water loss. This can range across Residential, Multi Family, Mix-use Commercial, Retail, Restaurants & Hospitality, Municipal, Educational and Large Industrial structures.

Ideally, candidate has knowledge and experience in various/all aspects of building construction & mechanical systems and a willingness to SELL/CLOSE on the spot. The potential opportunity is within the Bergin/Hudson/Essex County geography is which demographically dense. This is the opportunity to sell/close, oversee and expedite emergency services on hundred-thousand-to-multi-million dollar losses.

Position: Senior Emergency Recovery Coordinator

Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

Compensation:

Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Educates the consumer on products or services

Build relationships and communicate Paul Davis services

Monitor, generate and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems)

Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners

Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and local community

Participate in community events

Build and maintain a database of customer information

Manage data in our main operating systems, RMS

All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required

Four plus years’ experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance

Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
