Position: Warehouse Manager/Forklift Operator

Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

Summary:

Warehouse Supervisor/Forklift Operator coordinates daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Supervisor/Forklift Operator oversees operations at a warehouse and / or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing contents are processed according to schedule.

Preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards

This role centers around organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse's storage process

maintaining warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition

Establishing warehouse practices and protocols

Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse

Monitoring workplace performance and help train employees

Operating the forklift safely

Skills and Knowledge:

3+ years experience operating a forklift
