    RPM's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

    Base commission on projects completed. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.

    Team Qualifications (Requirements):

    Ability to lead and develop team

    Career emphasis on learning and continuing education

    Experience with Xactimate and IICRC certifications are an absolute must

    Restoration Project Management experience a must

    Sound planning and organizational skills

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Experience with RMS, DASH, MICA or Next Gear (Preferred)

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

    Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most

    Proficient with variety of current technology

    Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required

    Construction project management experience is a must

    Role on the Team (Job Functions):

    Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience

    Manage Restoration Projects from estimate to completion

    Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R such as Net Promoter Score of 60

    Manage work orders through restoration software.

    Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.

    Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

    Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.

    Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.

    Clearly communicate expectations with adjuster and homeowner; onsite as needed

    Profitably scope estimates, sign projects to get started.

    Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements

    Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit.

    Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule.

    Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA's
