Paul Davis is currently looking for CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS in Jacksonville, Florida.

Construction Project Managers work with property owners after events such as fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. A a Construction Project Manager, you will supervise the renovation as well as manage costs of the project. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

We are looking for individuals with a history of performance and exceeding goals who are comfortable being compensated with a bonus plan based on results. If you are self-motivated, and like your paycheck to depend on your ability to produce, this job is for you.

The ideal Construction Project Manager for Paul Davis is:

*Self motivated and goal oriented.

*Likes working with people and solving problems.

*Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time.

*Thrives under high stress situations.

*Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Construction project management experience is preferred, but not required.

Base salary will range from $40-$60K - based on experience. Monthly bonus based on performance against goals. No travel. Monthly vehicle allowance and benefits including health insurance and 401K offered. No limit to earning potential.
