    Paul Davis Restoration of Vermont is looking to expand our team with A+ candidates who are reliable, hard-working and pay attention to details! We are currently interviewing for the Project Manager position in our Restoration Department. This individual must be empathetic to the situation, schedule appropriate sub-trades, select materials, work with colleagues and clients to create a smooth process, oversee the project through the punch-list phase and assist with collections, supplements and change-orders throughout the project. The Restoration Project Manager is the client’s main point of contact and controller of the project phases, all of which is a great responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties:• Exhibit outstanding customer service• Be friendly, understanding and passionate about helping people• Have a positive attitude• Dress in appropriate and professional attire• Complete all work in approved accounts using approved software programs.• Receive new leads and call, email and/or text clients to schedule inspections.• Perform inspections in a timely manner.• Compile data, sketches, customer info, upgrades, and other data in organized manner.• Keep organized job folders.• Write estimates in a timely manner • Maintain communication with the clients throughout the estimating process.• Set realistic expectations and communicate how the estimating process works.• Work with project managers and company mangers to review estimates.• Ensure all material selections are within budget and approved by the paying party.• Meet with clients to determine materials selections and pricing.• Compile material selections, customer info, upgrades, and other information in an organized manner.• Document all material selections and have managing individual sign off on their approval.• Communicate with insurance adjuster and other parties in an effort to develop a profitable and agree upon scope of work.• Document all communications with adjuster and clients for proof of acceptance and communication chain.• Confirm final approval of estimate and relay communications to all necessary parties including but not limited to PM’s, clients, adjusters, generic company profiles, etc.• Address issues as soon as they are foreseeable and mitigate all problems quickly.• At job completion collaborate with project managers, estimators and others to ensure all tasks and documents are complete and all approved estimates, supplements, change orders and upgrades are accounted for.• Report final collaboration to manager and confirm that accounting will complete invoicing process.Qualifications and Key Performance Indicators:• Minimum 3 years related experience construction project management.• All qualified candidates must possess a valid Vermont Driver License and a clean criminal record as a background check will be performed upon hire. • Qualified candidate will appear neat and professional. • Candidates will be required to work on occasional nights and weekends, only as needed. • In addition, qualified candidates must be detail oriented, reliable, and must work well with other team members.• Total Revenue Managed• Gross margin on each completed job• Managing expenses• Maintaining sub-contractor relationships• Time to Completion• Solving high-level field problems• NPS score on jobs signedBenefits• Competitive salary based on experience• Earned vacation/sick time• Holiday pay• Simple IRA retirement matching program• Voluntary supplemental insurance program• Uniform shirts, protective gear, and training.• Family environment
