Job Coordinator – Construction Company – Full Time

We need an energetic and detail-oriented Job Coordinator who has a passion for helping others! Job Coordinators work with our office team and field employees to successfully follow processes and complete project tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a reliable self-starter who is goal and solution oriented. Some construction knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement to be successful in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating job progress from inspection to completion

Data Entry

Scheduling

Solicit requests and assist with obtaining required forms for multiple projects

Client and Team Communications daily via phone, email, and in-person

Responding to client and customer inquiries regularly

Project Analysis – margins and customer satisfaction

Assist with material purchasing and tracking

REQUIREMENTS:

High School or College diploma

Strength in managing multiple tasks

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of office technology especially MS Office and Outlook

High comfort level with MS Excel

Positive attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management skills

Ability to pass a background check and have all required I-9 documentation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $40,000-$55,000/year based on prior experience
