Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $15-$17/hour based on prior experience and current certifications

Ability to earn paid-time off hours

Requirements

Strong customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Desire to continually learn new things

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Forklift Certified preferred

Responsibilities

Respond to emergency property damage (residential/commercial)

Handle multiple projects at a given time while still giving attention to detail

High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation (demolition and cleaning), and emergency fire/smoke services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Team Lead and Core Claims Manager

Act as liaison between customers and insurance carriers

Be accessible by phone and perform on-call rotation as needed

Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion

Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
