What Does a Construction Laborer with Paul Davis do?

Assist others within our community during their time of need

Make a difference for other that have had disaster strike their property

Work hard and take pride in completing projects

Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency

Communicate utilizing modern technology and industry specific software

Job Responsibilities

Cleaning & demolition on construction projects

Maintaining tools, vans and other company equipment

Recording and documenting work activities

Represent the company with pride

Active participation in an "on-call" schedule for our emergency responses teams

Job Requirements

Fluent in English

Reliable transportation to and from work

Dedication to customer service

Valid drivers license & willing to undergo a motor vehicle record search (completed in compliance with federal, state & local laws)

Willing to undergo a consumer investigative report (completed in compliance with federal, state & local laws)

Comply with federal, state & local laws in regards to drug use

Able to work a 10 hour shift smoke free (this includes vaping)

Able to frequently lift 75 pounds

Medically able to wear a respirator and pass a FIT test

Working smartphone with GPS & data availability

Polite, personable and presentable on a daily basis (while on-shift)

Desire to continually learn new things

Drive & operate company vehicles

Protect company's property as well as customer's property (including data & personal information)
