Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada.Title: Restoration Project Manager EstimatorHours/Week: Full-time 40+ hoursReports to: OwnerTerritory: Orange and Osceola Counties, FloridaSummary:Help home owners put their lives together after traumatic eventStrong sales ability to sell what you estimateThrives in stressful situation, is organized, flexible and likes working with peopleCommunicates well with insurers, property owners, ' staffResponsibilities:Professionally represent the Paul Davis Values and BasicsReceive loss assignment, Contact property owner within 30 minutes (non-emergency)Be on site within 2 hours if it is an emergency, or inspect loss site within 24 hours for non emergenciesPrepare an accurate scope of repairsTech capable in a paperless officeAchieve a closing ratio of seventy-percent (70%) or higher.Prepare estimate in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of the inspection).Secure approved scope ' price with insurer.Deliver necessary paperwork ' maintain relationship with insurerDeliver necessary paperwork to property owner ' secure contractDeliver necessary paperwork to administrative departmentPrepare work orders for the Production staffApprove job expensesMaintain communication with the property owner ' adjusterPrepare Supplemental or Change order scopes ' estimatesProfessionally handle any and all complaintsBecome IICRC certified in at least WRT, ASD, and FSRT.Perform on call rotation as neededFollow established safety procedures
