Paul Davis Restoration is looking to hire a reliable Project Manager who values honesty and integrity.
What does a Project Manager with Paul Davis do? Project Managers work with property owners and insurance representatives after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Project Manager you will celebrate completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, your Paul Davis team members, and homeowners grateful to be back in their homes.
As Project Manager, you will manage the restoration process by executing contracts, collaborating on change orders, and controlling and communicating the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, & Brand Experience
Lead and develop the construction team
Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
Confirm budget and work orders before start of project
Document job progress and change orders
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Build relationships with key customers, both direct and B2B
Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman
Manage several projects simultaneously
Skills Required of Team Member:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
Self-motivated to get results
Desire to improve your community by serving others
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ambition to learn new things daily about construction and building homes
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail & keen eye for quality
Strong sense of urgency

Before You Can Take the Field: We require a drug and background and check. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Address punch list items and manage job to speedy conclusion.
Interface with other Paul Davis associates, owner and accountant regarding project progress, status, completion and collections.
Professionally handle any concerns or complaints.
Be willing to participate in additional professional training and/or certification programs.
