    Title: Restoration Contents Project Manager

    Reports to: Emergency Service Division ManagerTerritory: Orange and Osceola Counties, Florida

    Hours/Week: Full-time 40 hours

    Summary:

    Help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event.

    Market Contents Division, and have strong ability to sell what you inspect and estimate

    Thrives in stressful situation, organized, flexible, and likes working with people.

    Communicates well with insurers, property owners, and staff

    FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Professionally represent the Paul Davis Values and Basics

    Receive loss assignment and contact the property owner within 30 minutes (non emergency)

    Be on site within 2 hours if it is an emergency or inspect the loss site within 24 hours for non emergencies

    Prepare a timely and accurate scope/estimate for pack out, cleaning, storage, and pack back.

    Negotiate with adjuster to reach agreed scope and price of contracted work

    Complete and submit any necessary or requested documentation to adjuster

    Effectively supervise, lead and manage unit.

    Ensure production of contents cleaning and processing to set Gross Profit goals.

    Ensure each individual is performing at a rate expected of their position.

    Movement, processing, inventory, and care of contents to/from property

    Maintain communication with property owner and adjuster

    Professionally handle any and all complaints

    Cleaning and stock supply management.

    Other duties and activities as required

    Follow established safety procedures.

    Project management and multitasking capability

    Strong organizational skills

    Ability to adapt and produce positive results

    Exemplary computer skills i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office
