Paul Davis of the Emerald Coast provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis is available 24/7/365 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a FL licensed General Contractor, Paul Davis of the Emerald Coast also provides residential and commercial remodel/property improvement services.

    Position: Business Development Manager

    Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

    Compensation:

    Base salary commensurate with experience plus strong tiered commission plan

    Quarterly Bonus opportunities

    Medical, dental and vision coverage offered

    Cell phone and computer provided by company

    Company vehicle provided for business use

    Health Insurance – the Company will pay 50% of the monthly premium for the employee only, with dependent coverage at your expense. You will be eligible on the 1st day of the month following the first sixty (60) days of employment.

    Life Insurance – equivalent to benefit of $50,000.

    Retirement Plan – Eligibility is the 1st day of the quarter following six months of service. The Company plans to have a matching plan in place.

    Vacation – You will be eligible for vacation time after 6 months of continuous employment at an accrual rate of .80 days per month beginning in month 7. Vacation days will carry forward to the next year if unused.

    Sick Days – You will be eligible for 3 paid sick days annually accrued at the rate of .25 days per month. These will not carry forward if unused.

    Holiday Pay – The Company currently observes seven paid holidays annually.

    Reports To: Owner/ President

    Territory: Santa Rosa, Escambia, Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay county

    Summary:

    To strategize and gain traction for two new locations in one of the industry's most competitive markets

    To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand

    To promote the services of Paul Davis

    To build industry relationships

    Responsibilities:

    Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling

    Majority of clients will be in insurance, property management, community management, vacation rental and real estate.

    Assist resorts, condos, and apartment complexes in building Emergency Preparedness Plans for emergency services and CAT events

    Organize and schedule consistent B2B visits

    Work with President to create and manage marketing programs in order to prioritize verticals that present best opportunity for traction

    Hit/Exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis at one of the fastest growing Paul Davis franchises in the country

    Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes

    Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager

    Monitor all reviews/feedback and reply/follow-up accordingly

    Attend business networking functions (mostly in state) to promote the brand

    Coordinate and manage community/charitable events

    Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses

    Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up

    Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested

    Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

    Qualifications:

    Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree preferred

    5 or more years sales and marketing experience preferred

    Strong network in Emerald Coast market ideal

    Property management, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
