Compensation and Benefits:
Salary starting at $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications

Qualifications (Requirements):
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an emergency services manager, mitigation manager or team lead
Proven team leader with exceptional communication, organizational and issue resolution skills
Must hold current certifications in the following:
IICRC Water Restoration Technician
IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
IICRC Applied Structural Drying Technician
IICRC Mold Remediation Technician
Certified Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting Renovator
Master IICRC designation is a plus
Military experience is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Must pass criminal background check
Fluent in English
Must have the ability to work on call, weekend and overtime, if needed
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
Recruit, train, mentor and retain a growing mitigation team of "A-players"
Embody the Paul Davis brand and Paul Davis Way
Ensure the safety of your crew at all times; lead weekly safety briefings
Ensure the team's performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications
Ensure your crews are properly equipped, trained and ready at all times
Effectively facilitate morning lineups to ensure crews understand daily assignments and are dispatched efficiently
Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion
Re-inspect job sites for quality control
Foster a culture of customer service excellence
Be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner
Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks
Properly account for and maintain company equipment
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
