    We are seeking an HR Manager to provide support to our organization and move the company forward towards achieving our mission and goals. The HR Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of human resources by providing leadership and direction to all levels of management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrator – Manages recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits, leave management, and training for the company.

    Compliance – Create, revise, edit and/or update HR policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    Coach, consult & collaborate – Provide support and guidance to leaders on HR topics.

    Safety – Lead company efforts to identify hazards, assess risk and establish a proactive safety environment for OSHA.

    Training and Development - Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.

    Master’s degree or a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

    7+ years’ experience of progressive HR experience including employee relations, performance management, and compliance experience (federal, state, and local)

    Washington and Oregon employment laws experience required

    Ability to quickly build relationships, build trust, and successfully collaborate with others to influence the accomplishment of organizational goals

    Strong business and financial acumen when it comes to staffing, workforce planning, and compensation

    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various levels of management.

    Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
