What you’ll do in this role…
Provide strategic support to the GM/Integrator in order to move the company forward and achieve its mission and goals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and best practices in HR and administration procedures so that they are efficient, accurate, timely, and responsive.
Lead the development and implementation of HR strategic and annual plans in alignment with the organizational goals, and mission.
Make recommendations to benefits offered for employee satisfaction and retention.
Manage employee communication and feedback through avenues such as company meetings, employee satisfaction surveys, and one-on-one meetings.
Skills you will need:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (O365, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
Knowledge of HR practices
Knowledge of federal, WA/OR, and local laws pertaining to HR
Knowledge of HR laws pertaining to record-keeping
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
3+ years of HR management experience
SHRM/PHR certifications preferred
Paychex experience preferred
