    ABOUT US:

    Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards. · Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal. · Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software. · Perform initial loss inspection. · Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition after a loss. · Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer’s contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration. · Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered. · Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule. · Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery. · Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries. · Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS · Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player. · Strong customer service skills. · Previous experience in mitigation is preferred, but not required. · Available for emergency services (nights, weekends, & holidays) and rotating on-call. · Must pass pre-employment screenings. · Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and climbing ladders as needed. · A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required. · Reliable working cell phone.

    HOURS: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4;30pm, Optional Overtime included.

    Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.

    PAY: $19.00-$23.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities In addition to a monthly phone stipend.
