Project Manager for Emergency Mitigation
BASIC FUNCTIONS: Supervise all projects assigned to successful completion. This position is for our Emergency Service side of the company. The appropriate person would have IICRC training or be willing to take the training involved to understand water, fire and mold jobs. A majority of the time would be spent on the road starting crews at new jobs, checking work in progress and handling paperwork with the customer and the office. The ideal candidate would be proficient on the computer and be able to work in many different programs. This person would be highly organized and pay attention to detail along with leadership skills to work with the crew members.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity.
Maintain constant communication with property owner.
Schedule the work as needed
Start job in a timely manner.
Secure necessary permits.
Schedule inspections.
Inspect all assigned projects for progress.
Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow.
Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct).
Manage job to speedy conclusion
Interface with Mitigation Manager and Coordinator regarding project progress, completion, and conditions.
Professionally handle any and all complaints.
Manage punch list completion, obtain completion certificate, and collect funds if available.
Role offers a base salary with monthly bonus based on Gross Profit earned.
