Summary of Job:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for keeping the brand of Paul Davis consistent andlooking it’s best. The entire online presence including website, online reviews, and social media aremaintained and improved by the Marketing Coordinator. All marketing documents and collateralare created and maintained by the Marketing Coordinator as well as advertising. The MarketingCoordinator takes before and after photographs of large and important jobs and turns them intoadvertising media. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling New Hirephoto days and taking photos at company events in order to advertise the events on social media.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for CE Class organization as well as charity events,company happy hours and community outreach. The Marketing Coordinator creates the look andfeel of Paul Davis and is responsible for ensuring our message and branding is consistent andeffective.
Responsibilities:Maintain and improve our website - changing content weekly and keeping information up to date.Create analytics to measure and improve traffic and impact.
Create and track advertising campaigns across different types of media.
Create new content for social media twice weekly and maintain and manage our onlinereputation on review and contractor directory sites. Respond to reviews and engage ownershipwhen necessary to combat bad reviews.
Create creative marketing documents and collateral and manage the printing and acquisition ofthat material.
Create videos featuring Paul Davis staff, projects, and clients to reinforce the brand and culture ofthe company.
Arrange for before and after photographs of large and impressive projects and create media thatemphasizes the transformations that we can achieve for our clients.
Organize and arrange CE classes every other month at a minimum for insurance agents andother interested parties.
Organize and execute charity and community outreach events to enhance our reputation as acharitable and caring organization in our community.
Develop budget plans with marketing and sales budgets to include training, events, materialsand staff.
Represent Paul Davis at various company events and when requested by other companyrepresentatives. Take photos at the above events and advertise the events on various social mediaplatforms.
Track marketing efforts through CRM and keep an organized database.

Qualifications:- Great networking skills- Team Player; Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative environment- Friendly and outgoing personality- Comfortable training and speaking in front of groups / excellent presentation skills- Well-organized and focused- Video editing and media creation experience and skills a plus- Experience in marketing and communication- Event planning experience- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom)
